One thing I see way too much of these days is rip-off driver detective programs. They browse your systems hardware ids and gives you an appropriate driver.

There is a site out there that allows you to look up your hardware enumerations for free and lists your driver download on several sites for free. No sign-up, no payments, no intrusive ads!

To find out how to obtain, your hardware ID's

   Hover on My Computer and click the right mouse button, then select Manage.

   Click Device Manager and then click Android USB Device.
